- 7 Tbsps sugar
- 1 Watermelon (18 ounces of pulp)
- 1 tsp Rose water

Preparation steps
1.
Combine sugar with 100 ml (approximately 2/5 cup) of water and boil for about 1 minute. Remove from heat and let cool.

Cut melon into small cubes and puree in a blender. Combine syrup with rose water and melon puree. Pour into a metal container. Freeze for about 4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes with a fork to prevent ice crystals.
3.
Place into bowls and sprinkle with melon seeds. Serve.
