- 1 tsp Anise seed
- 2 mint
- 150 grams sugar
- 0.7 l Wheat grain

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and trim the currants, then mash with a fork.
2.
Add the currants, anise seed, mint, and sugar to a wide-necked vessel, then add the alcohol. Seal and leave for 3 weeks in a cool, dark place shaking occasionally.
3.
Pass the liqueur through a fine strainer into a decorative bottle and use as you'd like.
