- 14 ozs sugar
- 1 sprig cowslip flower
- 1 handful Lemon balm
- 1 tsp Lavender
- 1 Tbsp Sage flower
- 2 sprigs red Basil
- 2 Hibiscus flower
- 1 Tbsp St. John's Wort
- 2 bunches Angelica
- 34 ozs Grain

Preparation steps
1.
Combine sugar with 400 ml of water (approximately 1 2/3 cup) and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes. Cool.
2.
Rinse and pluck off all flowers and herbs, pat dry and place in a wide vessel. Add syrup and grain and let stand for about 6 weeks.
3.
Strain well through a cheese cloth and pour into prepared bottles. Store in a cool dark place for another 4 weeks. Serve as needed.
