- 2 mint
- 150 grams sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and trim the currants, remove from the vine, and mash with a fork.
2.
Add the currants, anise seed, mint, and sugar to a wide-necked carafe, then add the wheatberry liquor. Seal the carafe and age in a dark, cool place for 3 weeks. Shake occasionally during the aging process.
3.
Pass the liquid through a fine strainer lined with cheesecloth into decorative bottles.
