1 box yellow cake mix with pudding
¼ cup vegetable oil (adjust per cake package directions)
2 fresh eggs (adjust per cake package directions)
1 ½ cups eggnog (instead of water) adjust per cake package directions
1 tsp ground Nutmeg
For Glaze
2 cups powdered sugar
2 Tbsps butter (softened)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 Tbsps eggnog (instead of water) adjust per cake package directions

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 350º F. Coat Bundt pan with nonstick vegetable spray and dust lightly with flour.

In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oil, eggs, eggnog and nutmeg. Using an electric mixer, beat on low speed for 30 seconds or until just moistened. Beat on medium for two minutes or until smooth and lump free. Pour batter into prepared Bundt pan.

Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick or cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean.

Allow to cool 10 minutes in the pan on a wire rack. Turn cake out onto a serving plate and let cool completely before drizzling with glaze.

In a mixing bowl, combine confectioners' sugar, butter and vanilla. Slowly add eggnog, 1 tablespoon at a time until desired consistency; mix until smooth. Using a spoon. drizzle glaze over completely cooled cake. Serve.
