Herbed Chicken Breast
The chicken is tender and lean, so it is always very popular with figure-conscious people. But also athletes appreciate the meat because of its high protein content. This protein makes our muscles grow and serves as a building material for body cells. In addition, the chicken scores with minerals such as nerve-strengthening magnesium and potassium for a healthy heart.
The chicken burst is the main component of a balanced meal. To complete it, you can prepare a vegetable-rice pan or a summer zoodle salad, for example. The fillets should not be fried too hot, otherwise too much liquid will leak out, resulting in a dry and tough piece of meat. Since chicken should never be eaten raw, the fillets are then placed in the oven where they are gently cooked at a constant temperature. In this way they obtain a tender, delicious meat.
Rinse and halve chile lengthwise, remove seeds and ribs and finely chop. Brush chicken with mustard and olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with herbs and chile.
In an ovenproof skillet, fry chicken in hot clarified butter until browned, 2-3 minutes. Turn chicken and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) until cooked through, about 8 minutes more.
