- 200 grams Quark (or cottage cheese)
- 200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp scallions
- 1 Tbsp Cress
- salt
Preparation steps

Peel garlic, chop fine and mix with a little salt.

Mix quark with yogurt and stir until smooth. Stir in garlic and herbs. Season with salt and serve.
