- 800 grams Chicken breasts
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 generous pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- 1 tsp ginger (freshly grated)
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 3 Tbsps sesame oil
- salt
- 4 Lemongrass
- For garnish
- Lemon thyme
- Lime wedge

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse chicken breasts, pat dry and cut lengthwise into slices (or cubes).
2.
Combine turmeric with cayenne pepper, lime juice, ginger, garlic and oil. Coat chicken with the marinade, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
3.
Cut lemongrass lengthwise into quarters and thread meat onto stalks. Season with salt and cook on a preheated grill, turning frequently, 5-6 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon thyme and serve garnished with lime wedges.
