Macadamia Nut Brittle
- ⅙ cup butter
- 6 Tbsps sugar
- 2 cups shelled Macadamia Nuts

Melt the butter and sugar together in a sauce pan.
Coarsely chop the nuts and add them to the pan. Caramelize until light brown.
Transfer to the mixture to baking paper spreading the mixture out evenly. Cool completely.
To serve, break into pieces.
