Preparation steps

Coarsely chop the nuts and seeds. Add the butter, sugar, and the honey to a saucepan, stir together, and bring to a boil.

Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture has caramelized and is golden brown.

Spread the nuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Pour the caramel over the nuts, and let harden. Once cooled, break into pieces and serve.
