- 4 slices Bacon (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 250 grams fresh Pork sausage (cut into slices)
- 2 Chicken legs (peel the meat and chop)
- 300 grams air-dried Beef (washed and finely sliced)
- 200 grams smoked Pork sausage (in slices)
- 6 smoked Pork ribs (short ribs)
- 3 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 3 cups Rice
- 1 sm jar Corn kernel
- 150 grams Frozen pea
- 80 grams green Olives (pitted and finely chopped)
- 80 grams raisins

Preparation steps

Cook bacon in a large frying pan in hot olive oil until golden brown. Add fresh sausage slices, chicken and beef and fry until golden brown. Stir. Add short ribs, smoked sausage and garlic. Stir and fry briefly. Then add rice and stir 3 minutes. Fry. Then cover, bring to the boil and season with salt and pepper until everything is boiling with about 3 cups of water. Simmer covered for about 1 hour.

Add the corn, peas, olives and raisins and cook for a few minutes. Serve immediately.
