50 milliliters Whipped cream

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, trim and cut 8 radishes into thin slices. Cut the remaining radishes into dices or chop. Rinse the chives, shake dry and cut into small rings.

Mix the cream cheese with the cream until smooth, and season with salt and pepper. Mix with chopped radish and chives.

3.

Line a small glass bowl with plastic wrap. Spread the radish slices into the bowl and moisten the inside to "stick" to the film. Top with the chopped radish mixture, press well and chill in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours. Release gently from the bowl just before serving and garnish with salt crackers.
