Healthy Vegetable and Berry Drink

You can't taste the artichoke hearts in this dish, however they will add valuable fiber.
For a dairy-free version, replace the milk with almond milk.

- 2 cups canned Artichoke hearts (drained)
- 2 cups Raspberries
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 0.333 cup Maple syrup
- ½ lemon (juice)
- 1 cup crushed Ice
- mint (to garnish)

Combine the artichoke hearts, raspberries, milk, maple syrup, and lemon juice in a food processor or blender.
Blend on high for 2 minutes. Add the crushed ice and blend for a further minute until frothy.
Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprig of mint.
