For servings

500 gramsbest-quality Ground steak (for tartar)
4hamburger bun with sesame topping
2 tablespoonsCanola oil
2 tablespoonsMustard
2 tablespoonsblack Sesame seeds
4 leavesLettuce
4 tablespoonsKetchup
4 teaspoonsMayonnaise (about 40 grams)
4 small slicesCheddar cheese (about 10 grams each)

1 Mix the ground beef with egg, salt and pepper. Shape into four equal patties.
2 Split the buns horizontally and toast if desired. To make a soccer-ball pattern for the buns, brush mustard in small pentagon shapes on the top halves and sprinkle with black sesame seeds, pressing them into place.
3 In a sauté pan, heat the oil and sauté the burgers on each side for 3 to 4 minutes.
4 Rinse and spin dry the lettuce leaves. Rinse the tomatoes, remove the stem and cut into slices.
5 To serve, put 1 lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun. Spread with 1 tablespoon ketchup, then add a burger. Top each burger with 1 teaspoon mayonnaise, tomato slices, and 1 slice of cheese. Sandwich with top bun halves and serve immediately.
