Ingredients
for
4
- Ingredients
- 500 grams best-quality Ground steak (for tartar)
- 1 egg
- salt
- peppers
- 4 Hamburger bun (with sesame topping)
- 2 Tbsps Canola oil
- 2 Tbsps Mustard
- 2 Tbsps black Sesame seeds
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- 2 Tomatoes
- 4 Tbsps Ketchup
- 4 tsps Mayonnaise (about 40 grams)
- 4 sm slices Cheddar cheese (about 10 grams each)
Preparation steps
1.
Mix the ground beef with egg, salt and pepper. Shape into four equal patties.
2.
Split the buns horizontally and toast if desired. To make a soccer-ball pattern for the buns, brush mustard in small pentagon shapes on the top halves and sprinkle with black sesame seeds, pressing them into place.
3.
In a sauté pan, heat the oil and sauté the burgers on each side for 3 to 4 minutes.
4.
Rinse and spin dry the lettuce leaves. Rinse the tomatoes, remove the stem and cut into slices.
5.
To serve, put 1 lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun. Spread with 1 tablespoon ketchup, then add a burger. Top each burger with 1 teaspoon mayonnaise, tomato slices, and 1 slice of cheese. Sandwich with top bun halves and serve immediately.
