- 4 Lettuce (such as endive, lettuce)
- 150 grams cooked Beets (vacuum-packed)
- 1 Tomato
- 1 onion
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- salt
- 500 grams Ground beef
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices Pineapple (from a can)
- 4 Hamburger bun

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the lettuce and shake dry. Cut the beet into 8 thin slices. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into four thin slices. Peel the onion, cut into rings and slowly brown in 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Season with salt and remove from the pan. Mix the ground beef with salt and pepper, form into 4 patties and cook in 2-3 tablespoons of oil about 4 minutes per side.

Heat a little oil in two other pans. In a frying pan, crack the eggs and fry them. In the other, cook the pineapple until brown.

Toast the burger buns on the cut sides. Top them with lettuce, beets, tomato, pineapple, a beef patty and egg. Place the top bun on top before serving.

Pairs well with fries.
