1 Rinse the lettuce and shake dry. Cut the beet into 8 thin slices. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into four thin slices. Peel the onion, cut into rings and slowly brown in 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Season with salt and remove from the pan. Mix the ground beef with salt and pepper, form into 4 patties and cook in 2-3 tablespoons of oil about 4 minutes per side.
2 Heat a little oil in two other pans. In a frying pan, crack the eggs and fry them. In the other, cook the pineapple until brown.
3 Toast the burger buns on the cut sides. Top them with lettuce, beets, tomato, pineapple, a beef patty and egg. Place the top bun on top before serving.
