- 1 round Flatbread
- 500 grams Ground beef
- 3 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Herb mustard
- peppers
- salt
- 2 Tbsps clarified butter
- Iceberg lettuce
- 2 Kiwi
- 2 Nectarine

Preparation steps
1.
Cut the bread in half horizontally and coat with mayonnaise. Combine the ground meat, egg and mustard and season with salt and pepper. Shape into a patty and sear in the butter for about 8 minutes per side, or until cooked to your liking.
2.
Rinse the lettuce, shake dry and arrange over the bread. Peel the kiwi and arrange over the bottom bun. Top with the burger. Rinse the nectarines, slice and place on the burger. Add the top bun and serve.
