Preparation steps

Heat up the grill.

Peel and halve the onions and cut into strips. Sautée in a pan with 2 tablespoons of butter. Combine the ground beef with the mustard in a bowl, mix well and season with salt and pepper. Shape into 4 patties and grill on the hot grill for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Rinse and slice the mushrooms, then fry with butter in another pan until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the buns in half. Rinse and gently shake dry the spinach and place it on the top bun. Place the onions, the patties, and mushrooms on the bottom bun, sprinkle with chives and close the hamburger buns together. Serve.
