8 slices Gruyere
2 Apple
3 onions
4 Tbsps butter
2 tsps powdered sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top and bottom heat Preheat.

Rinse meat, pat dry and trim, cut into 8 medallions. Season with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and sear meat on all sides on high heat. Top with cheese and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) until golden brown.

Rinse apples, core and cut into thin slices. Peel onions an cut into thin rings. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan and saute onions until golden brown. In another pan, heat remaining butter and saute apple slices until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and caramelize.

4.

Arrange onions in bowls and top with pork medallions, garnish with apple slices and cranberries. Serve.
