- 4 Goat cheese (Crottin de Chavignol)
- 8 thin slices Bacon
- 4 small rosemary
- 150 grams Frisée
- 150 grams Arugula
- 4 slices Toast
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps Vinegar
- fresh Chervil
- salt
- freshly ground pepper

Preparation steps
1.
Peel garlic, squeeze through the garlic press and combine with salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Wrap each cheese piece with 2 slices of bacon, stick with sprigs of rosemary, brush with garlic oil and place in a greased baking dish. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 20 minutes.

Rinse and spin dry salad greens. Whisk 2 tablespoons of oil with vinegar and season with salt, toss with the salad greens.

Toast bread.

Remove goat cheese from the oven, place onto toasted bread slices and serve with salad. Garnish with chervil and serve immediately.
