4 starchy potatoes
4 Tbsps olive oil
4 slices ham
Sea salt (coarsely ground)
100 grams cream cheese
1 Tbsp rosemary (chopped)
1 Tbsp thyme (chopped)
2 Tbsps Whipped cream

Preparation steps

Rinse the potatoes and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 25 minutes. Turn, sprinkle again with salt and bake for another 20-25 minutes. Bake until the potatoes are cooked.

For the herb cream cheese, beat the cream cheese with cream and herbs until smooth. Season with a little salt.

3.

Halve potatoes. On the bottom half, spread with cream cheese and top with ham. Set the top half of the potato on top.

Serve immediately, while still warm.
