- 1 ⅕ kilograms potatoes
- 1 bunch scallions
- 1 stalk Celery
- 150 grams ham (finely diced)

- 150 milliliters Broth
- 200 grams Whipped cream
- 100 grams freshly grated Emmentaler cheese
- 2 scoops Mozzarella (125 grams)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse, peel and slice the potatoes. Rinse and slice the scallions and celery. Blanch the potatoes in boiling salt water for 8 minutes. Add the celery and scallions for 1 minute. Drain well. Layer the potatoes, scallions, celery and diced ham in a greased baking dish. (Set 1 tablespoon of scallions aside for the garnish). Season with salt and pepper.

Mix the broth, cream and cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over the vegetables and spread evenly.

Bake for 40 minutes at 200°C (approximately 400°F). Cut the mozzarella into slices. After 20 minutes of baking, spread the mozzarella on the gratin and continue baking.
4.
Serve sprinkled with the scallions.
