Preparation steps

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Rinse and halve the chili lengthwise. Remove the seeds and finely chop. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water then remove. Peel, quarter, remove the core, and finely dice. Halve the avocado, remove the seeds, and remove the flesh from the shell.
