- 400 grams Winter Daikon radish
- 2 garlic cloves
- 800 grams Ground meat (mixed)
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 3 sheets Napa cabbage
- Caraway (ground)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 100 grams Sour cream
- ½ bunch Cress

Preparation steps
1.
Peel radishes and garlic. Finely chop garlic adn cut radishes into strips. Heat oil in a pan and saute ground meat until crumbly. Add radishes and garlic, saite for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.

Rinse cabbage and cut into strips. Add to ground meat and saute for 1-2 minutes, season with cumin powder, salt and pepper. Remove from heat, add sour cream and season to taste. Garnish with watercress and serve.
