1 Tbsp vegetable oil
150 milliliters Beef broth
freshly ground peppers
1 tsp Curry powder
butter (for the pan)
350 grams Pineapple
50 grams grated Gouda
50 grams grated Mozzarella

Preparation steps

Scrub potatoes and cook in salted water for 15-20 minutes. Drain and peel, cut into slices.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C convection.

Rinse leeks and cut into 1 cm (approimately 1/2 inch) thick slices. Peel onion and ginger, chop finely. Heat oil in a pan and saute onion and garlic for a few minutes. Add ground meat and cook until meat is crumbly. Deglaze pan with broth and bring to a boil. Simmer briefly and season with salt, pepper and curry powder. Spread meat mixture in a baking dish.

Cut pineapple pulp into small pieces. Spread potatoes, leeks and pineapple over ground meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximatley 350°F) for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
