2 Tbsps vegetable oil
600 grams mixed Ground meat

2 Tbsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

For the salad: Rinse the lettuce leaves and shake dry. Rinse the chile pepper, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and white ribs, and finely chop. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the chile and garlic, and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Crumble in the ground meat and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Halve the avocadoes lengthwise, remove pits and cut into cubes. In a bowl, whisk the oil with the lemon juice until thoroughly combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the avocado cubes and toss to combine.

4.

For serving: Divide the lettuce leaves between serving plates and top each leaf with the ground meat and avocado cubes. Season with pepper to taste. Pass any remaining ground meat and avocado around.
