- 4 stems parsley
- 6 fresh mint
- 100 grams Yogurt
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 150 grams Ground lamb
- salt
- peppers
- Cumin
- ground paprika (sweet)
- 2 tsps Tomato paste
- 2 slices Whole Wheat Sourdough Starter (bread)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and shake dry parsley, pluck off leaves and chop finely. Cut mint into fine strips. Whisk yogurt with lemon juice until smooth and stir in herbs.

Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Heat olive oil in a pan and saute onion and garlic until soft. Add meat and saute until crumbly. Season with salt, pepper, cumin powder and paprika, add tomato paste and mix well. Cook, stirring, until meat is done.
3.
Remove from the heat and cool a little. Add herb yogurt and season to taste. Serve with bread.
