- 50 grams dried Apricot
- Cauliflower (about 100 grams)
- Broccoli ((about 100 grams)
- small Bell pepper (red and green)
- 1 small Pineapple
- 100 grams small button Mushroom
- 3 onions
- For the marinade
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tsps salt
- 4 Tbsps melted butter
- 1 tsp freshly ground peppers
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- 2 Tbsps cane sugar
- 60 milliliters Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil (for baking sheet)
- 12 Wooden skewers
Preparation steps

Soak the apricots in lukewarm water.

Rinse, halve, remove the seeds and ribs, and chop the peppers. Peel the pineapple and chop coarsely. Peel onions. Quarter the musrooms and onions.

Put the garlic through a press. Stir the melted butter, salt, pepper, turmeric, sugar, vinegar, honey and garlic. Add the drained apricots and prepared vegetables to the marinade. Marinate for about 1 hour.

Skewer the prepared ingredients alternately. Place the skewers on an oiled aluminum foil. Grill over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning every few minutes. Serve.
