- For the tuna
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 4 Tuna steak
- For the horseradish sauce
- 2 Tbsps freshly grated Horseradish
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp sugar
- ⅔ cup Crème fraiche
- 1 pinch salt

Preparation steps

For the tuna: heat the grill

Mix together the oil and lemon juice. Brush the tuna with the oil.

Grill for about 3 minutes on each side or according to taste, until cooked to your liking.

For the horseradish sauce: place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until smooth and well combined.

Put the tuna steaks on serving plates and serve with the horseradish sauce. Garnish with salad leaves and coriander.
