2 onions
½ Celery
400 grams Tomatoes
6 Tbsps olive oil
40 grams Pine nuts

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the tuna, pat dry and cut into large cubes. Soak the wooden skewers in warm water for about 10 minutes, so they do not burn on the grill.

Peel and dice the onions. Rinse and dice the celery and tomatoes. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and sauté the onions and celery until softened. Add the tomatoes and simmer for 8-10 minutes over low heat. Stir in the pine nuts and season with salt and pepper.

Rinse the cilantro, pat dry and chop finely. Thread the tuna pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers and preheat the grill. Season the tuna skewers with salt and pepper and grill for 1-2 minutes on each side.

To serve, spoon the vegetables onto plates, top with the tuna skewers and sprinkle with the chopped cilantro.
