- 500 grams ground pork (or other ground meat)
- 200 grams Veal sausage
- 1 egg
- breadcrumbs (as desired)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ bunch parsley
- 1 tsp marjoram
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- ½ Tbsp sweet ground paprika
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- For the side
- 2 onions
- 1 jar roasted red Bell pepper
- ¼ Green cabbage
- 1 Baguette
Preparation steps

Peel garlic and onion and finely chop. Rinse parsley and chop finely. Mix onion, garlic, and paprika together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix in meat and eggs. Add breadcrumbs as desired. Divide mixture into 8 portions and shape into small lots, then cut each into 6 pieces. Place six pieces to a skewer and brush with oil. Broil in oven for about 12 minutes, turning once.

For the side, peel onions and chop finely. Rinse cabbage and cut leaves into thin strips. Salt lightly. Drain red peppers. Serve skewers hot alongside baguette, chopped onions, peppers and cabbage.
