- 4 T bone steaks
- ½ lemon (juice)
- 100 milliliters olive oil
- 100 milliliters Red wine
- salt (pepper)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse steaks and pat dry. In a bowl, whisk together oil, wine and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over steaks and cover. Refrigerate and let marinate 24 hours, turning once.
2.
Two hours prior to grilling, remove steaks from refrigerator and drain off marinade. Grill over high heat, then move to a cooler spot on the grill and continue cooking about 15 minutes. Cover and let rest 5 minutes.
