- 4 T bone steaks (à 400 grams)
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil (plus more for the grill grates)
- Sea salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps

Heat the grill to medium and lightly oil the grates. Remove the steaks from the refrigerator 30 minutes before grilling. Rinse, pat dry and brush with oil. Season with salt and pepper and place on the grill. The cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the meat and the desired degree of doneness. Grill 2-3 minutes per side for rare or until an instant-read thermometer registers 120°-130°F.

Grill another 1-2 minutes per side for medium-rare (130°-135°F). Grill 1-2 minutes longer for medium (135°-145°F).

Grill the steak 1-2 minutes longer per side for well-done (155° and up). Remove the steaks from the grill and wrap in foil for a few minutes before serving.
