Preparation steps
1.
Set your grill up for direct grilling; preheat to high.
2.
Season the steak generously with salt and pepper. Brush the grill grate with oil. Place the steak on the grate and grill until cooked to taste, 7 to 10 minutes per side for rare. Use an instant-read thermometer to check for desired doneness (125º for rare).
3.
Transfer to plates and serve with spring salad greens and baked potato, if desired.
