- 200 grams ground pork
- 300 grams shrimp
- 2 Tbsps Fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 150 milliliters sweet and sour Chili sauce (from a jar)
- 2 Tbsps Rice wine vinegar
- 1 bunch mixed Asian Fresh herbs (such as coriander, Thai basil, mint)
- peppers
- vegetable oil (For brushing)
- For the skewers
- 8 Wooden skewers (or 1 cm thick cane)

Preparation steps
1.
Clean shrimp, chop finely and mix with the ground pork. Season with sugar, pepper and fish sauce. Divide into 8 servings and shape on the skewers.
2.
Brush with oil and cook on all sides on the hot grill for 8 minutes. Mix chile sauce with vinegar. Serve the skewers on plates with the herbs and the sauce.
