- 500 grams shrimp (ready to cook peeled and deveined)
- 50 milliliters vegetable oil
- 50 grams mixed Fresh herbs (such as dill or parsley)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 pinch Chili powder
- salt
- peppers
- Skewer
Preparation steps
1.
Mix shrimp with oil in a bowl.

Rinse herbs, pat dry and finely chop. Peel garlic and press through a garlic press into the bowl with shrimp. Stir in chili powder and season with salt and pepper. Marinate at least 30 minutes.
3.
Thread shrimp onto skewers and cook on a hot grill, about 5 minutes.
