Preparation steps

1.

Cut 1 lemon in half and finely grate zest from half. Squeeze juice from other half. Mix lemon juice and zest with 4 tablespoons of oil and season with salt and pepper. Rinse fish and pat dry. Rinse squid and pat dry. Cut in half crosswise. Rinse shrimp and pat dry. Combine everything and let seafood soak in marinade for 1 hour. For the dip, cut away crust from bread, cube and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of oil and 1 teaspoon vinegar.

2.

Mix bread cubes with ajvar. Peel garlic, press and mix with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, sour cream and mayonnaise. Add bread cubes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove seafood from marinade and begin to place on wooden skewers, alternating as you go. Brush with marinade again and place under preheated broiler in oven. Broil for 5 minutes, watching carefully, while turning as needed. Cut remaining lemon into slices and serve with bread dip.
