- 8 peeled shrimp (or king prawns)
- 4 Scallop (opened, without the shell)
- 250 grams Salmon (without skin)
- 1 Red onion
- Bell pepper (1 small red, yellow and green)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps parsley (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Halve shrimp lengthwise and remove the intestine.
2.
Cut the salmon into bite-size cubes.
3.
Slice scallops in half crosswise.
4.
Peel the onion and cut lengthwise into slices.
5.
Rinse peppers, cut into quarters, remove the seeds and ribs and cut into bite-sized pieces.
6.
Thread the ingredients alternately onto wooden skewers.
7.
Mix the lemon juice and olive oil, pressed garlic and parsley and season with salt and pepper.
8.
Brush the kebabs with the marinade and cook on a hot grill about 5 - 7 minutes, brushing occasionally with the marinade.
