2 Sea bream (ready for cooking, 400 grams each)
olive oil (for greasing)
2 sprigs Dill
½ handful oregano

Preparation steps

Heat the grill.

Rinse the lemons and pat dry. Grate the zest of one lemon and squeeze out the juice. Cut the remaining two lemons into thin slices. Separate and crush the garlic and mix with the lemon zest, the juice and the oil. Season well with salt and pepper.

Rinse the fish, pat dry and coat the inside and outside with the marinade. Place on a greased fish grill grid and distribute the dill and lemon slices on top. Close the grill and cook the fish over moderate heat for 15-20 minutes, turning once.

Remove the fish from the grill and serve garnished with lemon slices and oregano.
