2 lemons
1 sm stalk Leeks
1 onion
2 tomatoes
1 tsp Mustard seed
2 garlic cloves
½ bunch thyme
2 large Banana leaf

Preparation steps

Rinse mullet thoroughly and rub with a little sea salt. Cut lemons into quarters and then into slices. Rinse and trim leek. Cut green portion of leek into strips and weave strips into rectangles. Thinly slice white part of leek. Peel and finely chop garlic and mix with sliced leek. Peel and cut onion into thin rings.

Rinse, quarter and slice tomatoes. Mix 1/3 of the tomatoes and lemons slices with sliced leek. Stuff fish with leek mixture and place each fish on a banana leaf. Scatter with thyme sprigs and arrange remaining ingredients decoratively on fish. Wrap with banana leaf. Grill about 10 minutes per side grill and serve.
