1 bunch herbes de Provence
4 Red Pepperoncini
6 garlic cloves
4 Tbsps vegetable oil
2 tsps Sea salt

Preparation steps

Rinse herbs, shake dry, pluck off leaves and chop finely. Peel garlic and chop finely. Rinse and halve pepperoncini, remove seeds and ribs, chop finely. Crush sea salt in a mortar, mix with oil, herbs, garlic and pepperoncini and season fish with the mixture. Let stand for 30 minutes. Grill fish on a hot grill for about 2 minutes per side.
