Preparation steps

Scrub the potatoes thoroughly and cook in boiling salted water for 15-20 minutes, until fork-tender. Drain, peel and let the steam evaporate slightly. Cut the blood sausage into 12 pieces. Rinse the apples and cut in half. Skewer the potatoes, blood sausage and apples onto the skewers, brush with oil and grill for about 8 minutes, turning. Serve seasoned with salt and marjoram.
