1 Tbsp clarified butter
200 grams Frozen pea
500 milliliters Vegetable broth
2 Tbsps parsley (finely chopped)

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the meat into cubes. Peel the onions and cut into small cubes. Peel and dice kohlrabi and potatoes.

2.

Brown the pork and the onions in clarified butter in a large saucepan over high heat. Add the kohlrabi and potato cubes to the meat, pour in broth and cook for about 20 minutes over low heat. After about 15 minutes, add the frozen peas and continue to cook. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper and stir in the parsley. Serve in soup bowls.
