400 grams Pork tenderloin (the center piece)
4 slices Bacon
8 slices Zucchini (obliquely cut)
freshly ground peppers
3 Tbsps olive oil
1 tsp herbes de Provence
1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Combine oil, Herbes de Provence, lemon juice, and crushed garlic, season with pepper and mix well.

2.

Cut the pork into four equal pieces, flatten slightly, coat with the oil and let sit for 20 minutes to marinate.

3.

Remove the meat, reserving the marinade. Place each piece of pork on a zucchini slice, top with another zucchini slice and wrap each with a slice of bacon.

4.

Cook on the grill for about 6 minutes, occasionally basting with the marinade. Serve with sliced baguettes.
