Peel and core apple. Cut into 6 beautiful slices. Cut brie into 6 slices.

Lay two slices of bacon crosswise on a work surface. Top with a pork medallion and season with salt and pepper. Layer with one brie and one apple slice. Fold bacon over to form a small packet. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
3.
Transfer medallions to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (approximately 325°F), about 20 minutes. Serve with cranberries and garnish with basil.
