600 grams Pork tenderloin (ready to cook)
2 untreated Oranges
1 garlic clove
3 sprigs Lemon thyme
1 Tbsp honey
olive oil
1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley

Preparation steps

Preheat grill.

Rinse the meat, pat dry, trim and cut a lengthwise pocket.

Peel orange, removing the white pith. Cut out the fruit fillets from the separating membranes. Squeeze juice out of orange membranes. Peel the garlic and finely chop. Rinse the thyme, shake dry, strip the leaves, chop finely and mix with the orange segments and garlic. Stuff mixture into the pork. Tie with kitchen twine.

Mix the honey with 4 tablespoons of oil, parsley, salt and pepper to taste and 1 tablespoon orange juice. Brush the pork with oil mixture. Place on the hot grill and grill for 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally. Brush frequently with the marinade.

5.

Serve finished grilled pork on a wooden board.
