Preparation steps

Rinse the plums, cut in half, remove the pits and cut into quarters. Mix in a bowl with the honey, nut oil and cinnamon.

Stick the plum pieces on skewers and cook on a hot grill with indirect heat for about 10 minutes. Serve hot with scoop of ice cream for a real treat.
