2 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsps chopped Fresh herbs (oregano, thyme, rosemary)

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 170°C (150° fan) 325°F gas 3. Grease a baking dish.
2.
Put the tomatoes in the baking dish, cut side up and drizzle with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
3.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the herbs.
4.
Cook for 40-50 minutes until soft. Serve with toasted garlic bread.
