- For the nectarines
- 2 large Nectarine
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 tsps unrefined, light Muscovado sugar
- For the bananas
- 2 large Banana
- 2 tsps lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 tsps unrefined, light Muscovado sugar
- To serve
- Crème fraiche
- unrefined, light Muscovado sugar
- To decorate
- mint

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the grill. Line the grill pan with foil.
2.
Cut each nectarine in half, remove the stone and place the halves on the grill pan.
3.
Mix together the cinnamon and sugar, then spoon onto the nectarines.
4.
Grill for 3–4 minutes until the sugar caramelises and the nectarines are soft.
5.
Cut each unpeeled banana in half lengthwise. Sprinkle each half with lemon juice.
6.
Mix together the cinnamon and sugar, then sprinkle onto the exposed surface of the bananas.
7.
Place the banana halves on the grill pan, peel side up. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
8.
Spoon a little creme fraiche on top of the bananas and nectarines and sprinkle with sugar. Decorate with mint leaves.
