Grilled Bread, Nectarine and Mint Skewers
Rinse, halve and remove pits from nectarines. Cut nectarines into wedges. Cut each slice of bread into 3 strips. Rinse mint, shake dry and strip the leaves from the stems. To prevent burning, soak 8 wooden skewers soak in water. Preheat grill.
Thread nectarines alternately with bread onto skewers and grill over moderate heat, 3-4 minutes per side. Sprinkle with mint before serving.
