- 32 ozs Lamb shoulder
- ¼ cup Lime juice
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 cup finely chopped onions
- 2 tsps minced garlic cloves
- ½ tsp Tabasco sauce (or to taste)
- 2 tsps Curry powder
- 3 tsps ground ginger
- 4 tsps Turmeric
- 2 tsps salt

1 Pot, 1 Skillet, 1 Plate, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Slotted spatula
Preparation steps
1.
Cut meat into 1-inch cubes and set aside.

In a bowl mix together lime juice, olive oil, onion, garlic, Tabasco sauce, curry, ginger, turmeric, and salt. Pour marinade over meat and stir until meat is coated thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
3.
Cook in hot oil or broth of choice for about 1 1/2 minutes.
